R2 Cleaning Services LLC is looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and confirm bookings
  • Address client questions, complaints, or service changes

  • Support the sales and operations teams as needed

Requirements:
