R2 Cleaning Services LLC is seeking detail-oriented, dependable Residential & Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks at residential homes and commercial properties across the DMV area. Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and trash removal

Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces

Clean office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial environments

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Report any maintenance or safety issues to management

Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with clients

Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience preferred (residential or commercial)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently

Able to pass a background check

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
