Job Description:

We’re expanding and need motivated Sales Representatives to help drive growth at R2 Cleaning Services LLC. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing deals with local homeowners and businesses, and promoting our full range of cleaning services. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, persuasive, and passionate about helping people keep their spaces clean and healthy.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to prospective residential and commercial clients
• Conduct on-site or virtual consultations to assess cleaning needs
• Deliver accurate quotes using company pricing tools
• Close sales and onboard new clients
• Follow up with clients and maintain relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales experience (B2B or B2C) preferred, especially in service industries
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Reliable transportation to attend local meetings and walk-throughs
• Knowledge of the DMV area is a plus
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and basic CRM tools
